Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Newsletter subscription
Users may voluntarily subscribe to MindEarth's newsletter by providing their name, email address, and affiliation. Personal data collected through the newsletter subscription form are processed exclusively for sending newsletters, updates, and communications relating to MindEarth's activities, solutions, and services.

Data retention

The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data infringes applicable data protection laws. In Italy, the competent supervisory authority is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
